Welcome to PomoZoom ("we," "us," or "our"). Agency Stellia is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our application, PomoZoom (the "App").

1. Information We Collect
To provide you with our service, we collect a limited amount of information. This information is strictly used for app functionality.
A. Information You Provide to Us for Account Creation:
When you create an account in PomoZoom, we collect the following information through our third-party authentication provider, Firebase (a Google service):
Name: Your first and/or last name, as provided during sign-up via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
Email Address: Your email address, used as a unique login identifier.
User ID: A unique identifier automatically generated by Firebase to identify your account.
B. Information Related to In-App Purchases:
When you subscribe to PomoZoom Pro, we collect:
Purchase History: Information confirming that you have an active subscription. This is processed by Apple's App Store and is used solely to unlock Pro features and allow you to restore your purchase on other devices. We do not have access to your payment details like credit card numbers.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
We believe in data minimization. It's just as important to tell you what we don't collect.
Productivity Data Stays on Your Device: All of your core productivity data, including your tasks, Pomodoro session history, daily timeline, and statistics, are stored locally on your device using Hive. This data is not uploaded to our servers and we cannot access it.
No Location Tracking: We do not collect or track your geographical location.
No Usage Analytics for Tracking: We do not currently use analytics services to track your interactions within the app for advertising or tracking purposes.
No Health or Sensitive Data: We do not collect any health, fitness, or other sensitive personal data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for one purpose only: App Functionality. This includes:
To Create and Manage Your Account: To authenticate you, allow you to log in, and secure your account.
To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To ensure the app works as expected.
To Manage Your Subscription: To verify your "Pro" status and unlock premium features.
To Restore Your Purchases: To allow you to restore your Pro status if you reinstall the app or change devices.
To Communicate with You (If Necessary): To send important information about your account, such as for password resets. We will not send you marketing emails without your explicit consent.
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services to provide our core functionality:

5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and the associated personal information (Name, Email Address, User ID) at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us at support@pomo-tasks.com. Upon your request, we will permanently delete your account information from our systems.
Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription through the App Store. You must manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
